Be Part of ESP History!
If you are part of a couple with kids in which:
- You both work at least 20 hours per week for pay
- You share the load of household chores and parenting tasks
- You each could participate in a 15-minute phone interview about how you balance housework and childcare
Dr. Deutsch is the pre-eminent ESP academic researcher, and author of Halving It All: How Equally Shared Parenting Works. We've known her since close to the beginning of our ESP lives, and her encouragement has been like gold to us.

Please be assured that all the information from this study will be treated as strictly confidential, and your name will be kept separate from your data.

what's the goal of the study?
The goal is to determine how couples meeting this description figure out how to share the chores, and what motivates them to do so...I think. But I haven't read the official study description, so this would be a great first question to ask if you call.
